Big Ben’s Brazen Beat
Big hand begs,
Bye-bye it still says
Beginning again bring the arms ’round
Till then, breath below becoming bold
Believing bedtimes basic bate
Brashly breaks our brazen bards
To birth beneath the blazing heat
Broken, braver by Big Ben’s beat.

In what context Leslie? (to be fair – me neither, but I refer to the fact that I JUST rolled in from work, made myself some toast as I skipped dinner, and now ..’have to’ write a poem for ‘D’ – WHAT was I thinking?!)

I prefer it when the compulsion isn’t to fulfill a theme, but rather to express yourself. You can do it but what comes from your heart is so much better.

I like your thinking….I thought that was what you meant. 😉 (You know me well) It is actually a fun exercise though. (and I DO enjoy alliteration but… I ALREADY am just going… ugh… do I HAAAAVE to. My life is so filled with HAVE to’s right now… Thanks Leslie… I mean that.
